What level was your player at with her last club? Rec? Super Rec? D1? Premier League? GA? ECNL? Hard to give a recommendation just based on stud forward.
Re: We Are Lonestar
I seen her play. Total schtud. She needs to be playing in the ECNL for that woman that looks like a umpa lumpa.

Re: We Are Lonestar
some interesting chats going on in challenge/Albion chats about ECNL adding Colorado to Texas conference
Here’s one reply -
Yes it is supposably happening and the Texas Conference ECNL directors are upset about it. Supposably Lonestar and Dash only need Sting, Challenge and Albion to support their application and they would be in according to Dallas Clubs. So the solution is to commit to the Colorado clubs to alleviate their travel challenges.

Brilliant…. Amazing what happens when they get rid of the scumbags that ran the roost four to nine years ago. Spent more time posting than coaching once the balls were rolled out. You know, Wes and the gang?Just Because wrote: ↑Mon Mar 13, 2023 11:53 pmNo one has posted here for over a month now, so here is a post.

That “I Am Change” group helped do a number on LS. AustinFC with the assist on beating the monopoly of youth soccer in ATX!
While we’re on it, how those fields in Manor coming??
Re: We Are Lonestar
What does lonestar have to offer at this point? They are in second leagues for both boys and girls now at this point. Cap City got MLSNext so what’s keeping parents at lonestar? No manor fields almost 5 years later and second tier competition. Hopefully they dissolve after the monopoly they had and go back to just being a regular club that has to fight for players.
Re: We Are Lonestar
LS has been hindering youth soccer development for a long time with running a monopoly on leagues, facilities, etc.
Let’s see how things shape up now that they’re 2nd tier in town. Hopefully families are starting to understand that there are better options out there.
CapCity has been doing a great job the past few years, getting MLS is a testament to their work in regards to player development.
They’re still a small club though, which might actually be a benefit.
